5 droppers of My Sea Monster
8 oz cashew nuts a little sulfur-rich black Himalayan healing salt Optional: smoked paprika Soak the cashews for a few hours in some water and the Sea Monster blend. Add the salt and spices. Blend in Vitamix. Note: If you wish you can add some yogurt culture. It takes about 2 days until the culture makes it a cheese. |
Seaweed Powergreens Soup

1/2 bag of power greens (organic baby kale, chard & spinach) hot water 1 Tbs lemon juice 3 Tbs of soaked sunflower seeds to make it creamy sulfur-rich black Himalayan healing salt Optional: garlic and/or onion powder Blend in Vitamix (or similar blender) and enjoy this warm power soup. Add some whole sunflower seeds on top. |
Seaweed Truffles
3 droppers of My Sea Monster
8 oz Brazil nuts 4 oz organic dried blueberries Coating: carob powder or sesame seeds Put first the dried blueberries, the Brazil nuts and eventually a few drops of stevia and the Sea Monster in your food processor. Let it run until the ingredients form a ball. Make truffles out of the mixture. Place in freezer for five minutes. Roll truffles in carob powder or sesame seeds. Store them in the freezer. The truffles are ready to eat shortly after you take them out of the freezer. |
